Today I am reviewing an awesome foundation from my fav brand-Maybelline. I've tried their dream matte mouse before which was a complete no-no for me. I read and heard many good reviews about this foundation, so i went and picked this one up. The shade nude light is the perfect match to my slightly wheatish complexion. Lets read on further to know more about this foundation.

What Maybelline says about the product-

Price- Rs 625, but when I bought it, it was Rs.600.
Packaging-
It comes in a pump glass bottle whose cap can be locked by twisting it clockwise. The pump dispenses right amount of product and two to three pumps are sufficient for the whole face.The only downside is that it doesn't has an external cover over it. Otherwise the packaging is neat and sturdy and everything about the product is written on it.
Texture-
It has kind of thick creamy liquid consistency which blends really very smoothly on my combination skin. Even in these winters I didn't feel any dryness or patchiness with this foundation. It provides a medium to full coverage depending upon how much do you layer it out. It doesn't look cakey at all. It covers the maximum pigmentation, acne-blemishes but you need to use a concealer underneath if you have major dark circles or heavy blemishes. I don't have much of blemishes or dark circles so I don't need concealer, it provides me just the perfect coverage. The foundation provides a semi-matte finish which looks very natural, fresh and beautiful on the face. Though it covers light blemishes it also helps to cover up the visible pores on the skin.

Staying Power-
It stayed for the whole day or good 6-7 hours on my skin after which my skin feels a little greasiness, I need to touch up with compact specially in summers. But mom doesn't feel any dullness or greasiness the whole day after applying this foundation, maybe because of her dry skin. So this will fare better to the normal or dry skin beauties.

- I wish it had an outer cover so that it can be apt for travelling.
- Oily skin beauties will need a touch up after 4-5 hours.
